HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
To return an item for exchange or refund you must do so within 31 days from the date of purchase.
WHAT DO I NEED IN MY RETURN?
Please include a original invoice or copy and note of what you want to happen so we can process your refund or exchange quickly and efficiently.
WHICH SERVICE DO I USE FOR MY RETURN?
It is your responsibility to return the item safely by recorded & tracked delivery.
We will happily pay for the resend postage on any exchange items within the UK
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN?
All returns must be as new and fit for resale ( tags, packaging & boxes etc)
We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside or clothing that smells of perfume, smoke, or deodorant or any skateboards that have been used.
If your item is faulty please email us with all your contact details and a description of the fault with photos if possible. We may ask for the product to be returned so we can forward to the manufacturer or distributor. Please remember we do not make the the products that we sell, but we will help you in every possible way to provide you with a replacement or refund.
